5-Day Crochet Camp: Session 1

Service Description

☆ Description: Kick off a week of creativity, connection, and crochet! In this hands-on camp, you'll learn everything from the basics of crochet to more advanced techniques—all while making three exciting projects to take home. Whether you're completely new to crochet or looking to expand your skills, you'll be guided step-by-step in a fun and supportive environment. Feel free to invite a friend or two, or come solo and make new ones along the way! Be prepared to enjoy games, laughter, a celebratory pool party on the final day, and--of course--crochet! ☆ Recommended Ages: 10+ ☆ Included: ALL crochet materials (yarn, hooks, stitch markers, tapestry needles, safety eyes, patterns, thread, etc.), snacks ☆ Itinerary (rate in which projects are finished may vary) Day 1: Holding a hook properly, slip knots, single-crochets, coaster project Day 2: Magic rings, reading patterns, using stitch markers, decreasing, hacky-sack project Day 3: Using safety eyes, sewing on faces, sewing parts together, start personal project Day 4: Work on personal project Day 5: Finish personal project, POOL PARTY! *(camp ends at 2pm only on this day; please bring swim suit, goggles, towel, and change of clothes; lunch will be provided)* ☆ Bonus activity examples: crocheting games/competitions, balloon toss, egg-hunting
